Sultana Education Foundation is hosting a Halloween Party in the Downrigging Music Village on Friday, October 31. Come enjoy live music, great company – and extra perks for showing up in costume!
Downrigging staff reserve the right to deny entry or participation to anyone wearing an inappropriate costume.
HALLOWEEN PARTY DETAILS
The Halloween Party takes place during Friday night’s musical performances in the Village (ongoing from 3:30-8:00pm).
Admission: A valid ticket is required to enter. Children under 12 are admitted free with a ticketed adult.
COSTUME CONTEST DETAILS
Only paid ticket holders are eligible to compete.
All paid ticket holders in appropriate and reasonable costume (see guidelines below) receive ONE free drink voucher.
The contest takes place from 6:45–7:00 PM on the main stage.
Cash prizes:
🥇 1st Place – $250
🥈 2nd Place – $150
🥉 3rd Place – $100
Group costumes are judged and awarded as a single entry.
Children under 12 are not eligible for the free drink voucher.
COSTUME GUIDELINES
We want everyone to have fun while keeping the event enjoyable and appropriate for all ages. If you choose to wear a costume, please follow these guidelines:
Costumes must be family friendly and suitable for a community event.
The following are not permitted:
Gore, blood, or violent themes
Risqué or revealing outfits
Weapons of ANY kind – real or fake!
Political or religious costumes
Costumes that are culturally insensitive
Anything that sprays, projects, or rubs off on others
Costumes that extend more than one foot beyond your body
